A good place to start is the MagnaFlow # MF12279 which measures 5 x 8 x 30 inches. Another option is # MF12579 which is 5 x 11 x 28 inches. Both will fit your 3 inch pipes.

- I checked with Magnaflow and the issue is that the routing of the exhaust pipes that are in the Magnaflow Catback kit # MF15583 would interfere with the factory hitch of the 2010-2013 Nissan Xterras.
I am sure that if you took the # MF15583 to a qualified muffler shop they would be able to come up with a way to route the exhaust around the hitch so that it wouldn't interfere.
